Fees
How we price an audit
Most engagements are quoted after we see the document volume and project stage. The figures below are guidance so you can plan — not a checkout price list.
Day rate — senior auditor
Used for follow-up days, open-ended variation registers, and on-site measurement support in the Taichung region.
From NT$28,000 / day
Pre-tender cost review
Fixed fee based on drawing count and bill length for a single building package.
From NT$95,000
Project Cost Audit Coordination
Flagship engagement — scoped after the document map. Mid-scale buildings typically land in a multi-week fixed fee.
Quote after intake
Progress payment verification
Monthly retainer or per-claim fee, timed to your certification cycle.
From NT$45,000 / claim
Final account settlement review
Fixed fee reflecting variation history length and outstanding claim complexity.
From NT$120,000
What shapes the quote
- Project value and number of high-value trades
- Completeness of drawings, bills, and claim history
- Whether site visits are required outside Taichung
- Deadline pressure relative to tender, certification, or handover
Deposits
Fixed-fee audits typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the start window. Monthly verification retainers are invoiced in advance of each cycle. Details sit in the engagement letter and on our refund page.
