Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, project stage selection, optional project location, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and diagnostics.
Purpose and legal basis
We use inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare fee outlines, and — if you engage us — to administer the audit. We process this data because you ask us to take steps prior to a contract, and for our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice securely.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiries are typically retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Engagement files follow the retention period stated in the engagement letter and applicable professional record-keeping rules, often several years after project close.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact hello@architechnet.digital to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan hosts email or site infrastructure, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps to protect personal data during transfer.
